Should we choose business training or public workshops?

Business training is delivered exclusively to your team, either online or on site, and is tailored around your systems, processes and priorities. It is the option available right now, and works well for anything from a handful of people upwards. Public workshops are open sessions for individuals and small groups; these are paused at the moment, but if you would like to attend one when they return, get in touch and we will let you know as soon as dates are confirmed.

Do we need any technical background to take part?

No. Everything is designed for non-technical teams. If your people can use email, they can use AI effectively. There is no coding, no jargon and no expectation of prior experience with AI tools.

Which AI platforms can you train us on?

We work with the major platforms, including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and Gemini. Sessions can focus on whichever tools your organisation already uses or is considering, and the techniques you learn are transferable across all of them.

How long do training sessions take and how are they delivered?

Sessions range from focused two-hour skill-building modules through to half-day and full-day workshops, depending on how much ground you want to cover. Delivery is available online or in person. Whether a short session or a full-day workshop, the approach is the same: practical, hands-on and immediately applicable.

Is our company data safe during training?

Yes. All exercises use dummy or safe data, so there is no need to bring confidential information into a session. Risk, data security, governance and compliance are covered as part of the training, so your team understands where the boundaries are and why they matter.

What happens after the training finishes?

Many teams find training surfaces opportunities worth pursuing further. If you want to take them from idea to working solution, the AI Adoption Accelerator combines training with a live pilot, or wider implementation support can help. Both are entirely optional, and led by what you decide is worth pursuing.

What Our Clients Are Saying

Kelly Snell, Senior Marketing Manager, on Twist Consultancy's AI and email marketing training

Super engaging and relevant to our needs

"As relative AI novices, Nick's training session was invaluable. No question was too basic and he guided us through the topic clearly, ensuring it was super engaging and also relevant to our sector and needs. Can't recommend highly enough."

- Will Thomas (Partner at KLM Real Estate)

What makes this different

Free training from Google and Microsoft teaches what AI can do.
That's useful, but it's not enough.

Designed around your business

We start with your friction points. Where work slows down. Where errors creep in. Where consistency suffers.
AI opportunities sit inside those answers.

Deliberately pilot focused

Our training identifies your 3-5 highest-value opportunities and builds confidence to act on them.
Structured discovery that delivers immediate value.

Think of it as structured discovery that delivers immediate value today and clear direction for tomorrow.

Most teams use this as the foundation for implementation support - where opportunities become embedded practice.

This approach applies to both our business training and public workshops.
